Mark Rassman, Esq is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the Widener University School of Law. Mark D. Rassman has over 30 years of focused experience in criminal law, traffic law, family law, education/school law. Mark has tried hundreds of criminal jury trials, non-jury trials and he has conducted thousands of motion hearings and plea agreements in Pennsylvania and in the Federal Courts. His practice has included many high profile criminal matters including capital homicide, murder, arson, DUI and drug-related crimes. In addition, Mark has handled appeals to the Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. In addition to Mark’s criminal expertise, he has tried many civil cases including divorce, custody, estates, personal injury and landlord tenant matters to name a few. Mark has been named by Main Line Today as a Top Lawyer in Criminal Defense as well.
Mark is a proud father of two children, the oldest of which followed his dad’s footsteps and now practicing law himself, while the other has obtained their undergraduate degree. Though Mark may put in many hours each day for his clients, he has always made sure to sustain a greater importance of family with his wife and children. Mark had actively participated in his kids extracurricular activities when they were younger. As a youngster, he could be seen spending his time being a boy scout leader or coach for one of their sports teams. Mark enjoyed being a long time soccer enthusiast back then and still is today
